Mekong Oryza Trading Supplied The Best Rice Varieties For A Cooking Show By Master Chef From Indonesia

Mekong Oryza Trading supplied the best rice varieties such; Cambodian Fragrant Rice, Cambodian Premium Jasmine Rice and Cambodian Red Jasmine Rice for an event of Cooking Show held at AEON Mall Phnom Penh on Saturday, November 15, 2014. With supported by Cambodia Rice Federation (C.R.F) and Cambodia Chefs Federation (C.C.F), especially by involvement from top chef Mr. Maya who currently working at Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh as well as other distinguished guests, chefs and several local media. The main point in this event is to promote high quality of Cambodian rice that can be creative to the others dishes with excellence taste and flavor including the dessert as well. This year marked as the third year for our Cambodian Rice, which will be challenge in a competition for the World Best Rice 2014 award held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Managing Director of Mekong Oryza and also hold a position as Vice-President of Cambodia Rice Federation (C.R.F) gave a speech to the media to inform about Cambodian Rice Week such; the second Cambodian Rice Festival, World Rice Conference and Cambodian Rice Forum that will be starting from November 18-21, 2014. He appealed through the media to all Cambodian people to attend in Cambodian Rice Festival in order to get more understanding about the quality of Cambodian Rice as well as the dishes and Khmer traditional cakes made from rice, which used as ingredient.
